Sadly, I wasn't able to get the link up this morning because I have been out of town and haven't been near a computer. In hindsight, I should have prepared it several days ago.
I just woke up to the news of the resignation of Pope Benedict XVI. I'm definitely surprised and sad... along with a mix of emotions. All I can really think about is praying for whoever will succeed him and for our Church. May Our Lady protect us in her mantle.
Praying for you...your last post really hit a nerve. I, too, know how it is to be on your own with the kids. Things get crazy. Be strong, Our Lady is with you.
