It was 4 years ago immediately after this particular Sunday Mass that my husband got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. Happy engagement anniversary, my love!
So, in the spirit of the Miss America 2013 pageant last night, I decided to bust out my old pageant stance. I still somewhat got it.
Shirt: Banana Republic
Skirt: Tulle
Shoes: Old Navy
| I'm pretty sure that is my little boy's head of hair at my feet there. |
But let's be real now, no more pageant queen here. Here's to my true crown. Hahaha.

Cute as always, and YAY for engagement memories and anniversaries!!
ReplyDeleteAww, Happy Anniversary! I love your shirt & skirt combo. Great idea to pair a casual top w/ a dressy skirt!
ReplyDeleteYou never cease to impress me - simply lovely, pageant Mama! That may just be the perfect chambray shirt and the details on the skirt are great!
ReplyDeleteExactly what I was thinking: simply lovely!

ReplyDeleteThe best crown in the world! Wife and mom..... Agree!
ReplyDeleteI have those shoes too and they're my favorite and I wore them today :) Our shared wardrobe is getting a little eerie...

ReplyDeleteI adore that shirt & then I saw where it came from.. of course I do. Love Tulle! I love the bottom picture too, nothing like being a mom.
ReplyDeleteYou look so cute, as always, but I especially love that last picture! :)

ReplyDeleteHappy engagement anniversary! Mine was two and a half summers ago, and if it's been four for you and you already have two babies, well, I have some catching up to do =) I love seeing the Lord's different timing for every family and every love story! You look amazing--I love your chambray and those loafers! And excellent posture!
